Support Worker

Serving families locally — travel between client homes as required
You will help clients live well at home by delivering respectful, practical support tailored to each care plan — from meal preparation to companionship, light domestic tasks, and clear communication with families and our office team.
What you will do
- Follow individual care plans and risk assessments with attention to dignity and choice
- Support with nutrition, mobility, and daily routines in line with each care plan
- Provide warm companionship and help clients stay connected to routines they value
- Record visits accurately and report concerns promptly in line with safeguarding
What we are looking for
- Genuine compassion, patience, and reliability
- Right to work in the UK
- An enhanced DBS check for regulated activity (we can support your application)
- Previous care experience is an advantage; full induction and training are provided
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable for some routes
